The Villas at Casa de Mañana was the first phase in a multiphase redevelopment of the Casa de Mañana senior’s residential campus in La Jolla. Consisting of 16 luxury residential units over a 58-stall underground garage, the Villas offers single story one- and two-bedroom units opening onto generous patios with expansive views of the Pacific Ocean across the street. Located adjacent to the historically registered Casa Madre building, the Villas were designed to complement this existing context while embracing the view opportunities afforded by one of the most prominent sites in the region.
