Downtown Parking Structure

This 5-level, 380-space parking structure was constructed as part of the City of San Mateo’s redevelopment efforts and to stimulate the rejuvenation of the historic downtown area. The new parking structure supports downtown retailers and  12-screen Century Theatres cineplex.  The exterior architecture was strongly influenced by the “art deco” style that is prominent in the area.
