El Corazon, Oceanside, California
El Corazon is a significant Specific Plan project along Oceanside Boulevard, and it includes soccer fields, an arena, housing, hotels, and other uses still to be determined. The retail portion of the project is located directly adjacent to the Boulevard and will consist of multiple shopping and dining experiences, as well as public plazas.
