EastLake Village Marketplace is a regional scale retail center that created the town center hub for the EastLake Community of Chula Vista. Encompassing 53 acres, EastLake Village Marketplace consists of retail and restaurant buildings varying in size from 137,000 square feet to more intimately scaled shops and restaurants surrounding public plazas. Designed to reflect the ranching and farming history of the area, the design recaptures the essence of the village town center while addressing contemporary needs. EastLake Village Marketplace was awarded a Beautification Award by the City of Chula Vista.
