Located in the heart of Mission Valley adjacent to the San Diego River and the Interstate 8 freeway, this remnant parcel had long been considered unbuildable.  With thoughtful and resourceful site planning, the team was able to fit on the site a hotel, an indoor parachuting facility, and a freestanding Starbucks with a drive-thru.  The site that was once considered unbuildable is now home to profitable businesses in a high-traffic area.
